  • Founder, Principal Designer

    Hilary, founder and principal of Hilary Madigan, is an interior designer born and raised in the Hamptons, New York.

    Growing up with roots in building and design, she began drawing floor plans before she knew what they were called. Drawing from a love and passion for the East End, she is constantly inspired by the natural beauty of the evocative coastline and agrarian roots.

    Graduating with top honors from SCAD, recognized as Architectural Digest's leading Interior Design Institution, she boasts over fifteen years of experience in the high-end residential Interior Design sector. Her journey has seen her collaborate with esteemed names such as Amy Lau Design in New York, John Hummel Custom Builders in East Hampton, NY, and RH Interior Design's global platform.

    Hilary's design philosophy transcends conventional teachings. It is a product of her intrinsic vision, talent, personality, and extensive experience, enabling her to craft spaces that resonate deeply with her clients, forging enduring connections along the way.

  • Co-founder, Managing Director

    Jen, co-founder of Hilary Madigan, combines years of experience with calm assurance. Born in England and raised in New England with family ties in Long Island, she relocated to the Hamptons in 2008 where she found life and natural elements converged; discovering solace and inspiration near the sea.

    With a Bachelor of Business Management and concentration in Marketing, Jen has led teams for prestigious luxury retailers throughout the East End; honing her skills in leadership, design, optimization, and logistics. Collaborating closely with Hilary, she brings a unique perspective to each project; curating bespoke design elements that cultivate mastery of refinement, guided by a responsive and intuitive approach to client relationships.

    Inspired by coastal allure, Jen is passionate about crafting spaces with authenticity and purpose. As Managing Director, she prioritizes collaboration and integrity, embodying the essence of intentional design where every detail speaks volumes.
